Wine & Beer Menu - This menu is updated weekly with new and interesting varietals from areas you may not naturally gravitate to when thinking of wine. (A Pecorino from Italy, or a Pinot Noir from Austria?) While we like to have fun exploring different wine regions, our main focus at screwtop is smaller artisan producers.

What do we mean by smaller producers? Well one of our favorite wine makers fitting this profile is Sherman Thacher out of Paso Robles. Sherman makes under 10,000 cases of wine (total each year). He is down to earth, and creates some of the best Zinfandel I have ever had.
